1. Geltungsbereich
Diese AGB gelten für die Nutzung der mobilen Applikation „Kammerfuchs" (nachfolgend „App") und der zugehörigen Website kammerfuchs.de (nachfolgend „Website"), bereitgestellt von:

Mit der Installation und Nutzung der App erklärst du dich mit diesen AGB einverstanden. Wenn du nicht einverstanden bist, darfst du die App nicht nutzen.
2. Leistungsbeschreibung
Kammerfuchs ist eine Lagerverwaltungs-App für iOS. Die App ermöglicht das Erstellen und Verwalten von Lagerorten, Artikeln und Kategorien. Die App kann wahlweise vollständig offline (nur auf dem Gerät) oder mit optionaler iCloud-Synchronisation betrieben werden.
Die App nutzt die offene Datenbank Open Food Facts zur Bereitstellung von Produktinformationen (Produktname, Kategorie, Nutri-Score, Eco-Score, Allergene). Diese Daten werden von der Community gepflegt und von einem Drittanbieter bereitgestellt.
3. Kostenlose Version (Free)
Die kostenlose Version umfasst:
- Bis zu 10 Lagerorte (inklusive archivierter)
- Bis zu 100 Items (inklusive archivierter)
- 23 vordefinierte Kategorien
- Manuelle EAN-/UPC-Code-Eingabe mit automatischem Abruf von Produktdaten über Open Food Facts
- Nutri-Score, Eco-Score und Allergen-Informationen über Open Food Facts
- Pfand-Tracking mit Einweg-/Mehrwegpfand und Rückgabeverwaltung
- MHD-Tracking mit Push-Benachrichtigungen
- Offline-Modus (rein lokale Nutzung) oder optionale iCloud-Synchronisation
- QR-Code-Generierung und -Scanning für Lagerorte
- Dashboard mit Statistiken
- Archiv mit Wiederherstellungsfunktion
4. Pro-Version (Einmalkauf)
Kammerfuchs Pro ist als einmaliger Kauf über den Apple App Store erhältlich. Es handelt sich um kein Abonnement. Der Kauf schaltet folgende zusätzliche Features frei:
- Unbegrenzte Lagerorte und Items
- Barcode-Scanner per Kamera (automatisches Scannen von EAN-/UPC-Barcodes)
- Eigene Kategorien mit benutzerdefinierten Icons und Farben
- Eigene Lagerort-Typen
- Familienfreigabe (Apple Family Sharing)
5. Bezahlung & Stornierung
Alle Käufe werden über den Apple App Store abgewickelt. Es gelten die Zahlungs- und Stornierungsbedingungen von Apple. Bei Fragen zu Erstattungen wende dich direkt an den Apple Support. Wir als Entwickler haben keinen Einfluss auf Zahlungsvorgänge und erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten.
6. Datenspeicherung & Datenschutz
Details zur Datenverarbeitung findest du in unserer Datenschutzerklärung. Zusammenfassend:
- Alle Daten werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.
- Optional kannst du die iCloud-Synchronisation aktivieren – die Daten bleiben dann in deiner privaten iCloud.
- Wir haben keinen Zugriff auf deine Daten.
- Bei Nutzung der EAN-Suche wird der eingegebene EAN-Code an die Open Food Facts API übermittelt (siehe Datenschutzerklärung).
7. Drittanbieter-Daten (Open Food Facts)
Die App bezieht Produktinformationen von der offenen Datenbank Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org). Diese Daten werden von einer weltweiten Community gepflegt.
Wir übernehmen keinerlei Haftung oder Gewährleistung für die Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit oder Aktualität dieser Produktdaten, einschließlich:
- Produktbezeichnungen und Kategorien
- Nutri-Score- und Eco-Score-Bewertungen
- Allergen- und Inhaltsstoff-Informationen
- Pfand-Informationen
Wichtiger Hinweis: Die in der App angezeigten Allergen-Informationen ersetzen nicht das Lesen der Original-Verpackung. Personen mit Allergien oder Unverträglichkeiten müssen stets die tatsächliche Produktverpackung prüfen. Die App dient lediglich als Orientierungshilfe.
8. Verfügbarkeit
Wir bemühen uns um eine hohe Verfügbarkeit der App und Website. Eine Garantie für ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit können wir jedoch nicht übernehmen. Insbesondere:
- Die iCloud-Synchronisation ist abhängig von der Verfügbarkeit der Apple-Dienste.
- Die Open Food Facts Produktdaten sind abhängig von der Verfügbarkeit der Open Food Facts API.
- Die App funktioniert im Offline-Modus auch ohne Internetverbindung, jedoch stehen dann keine Open Food Facts Abfragen zur Verfügung.
9. Haftungsbeschränkung
Die App wird „so wie sie ist" (as is) und „wie verfügbar" (as available) ohne jegliche ausdrückliche oder stillschweigende Gewährleistung bereitgestellt.
Wir haften nicht für:
- Datenverluste jeglicher Art, unabhängig von der Ursache (fehlerhafte Bedienung, Softwarefehler, Systemausfälle, Updates, höhere Gewalt)
- Die Vollständigkeit, Richtigkeit oder Aktualität der in der App gespeicherten oder angezeigten Daten
- Schäden, die durch die Nutzung oder Nichtnutzung der dargebotenen Informationen entstehen
- Schäden durch falsche, unvollständige oder veraltete Produktinformationen von Open Food Facts, insbesondere fehlerhafte Allergen-Angaben
- Schäden durch den Ausfall oder die Fehlfunktion der iCloud-Synchronisation
- Schäden, die durch Drittanbieter-Dienste verursacht werden
- Indirekte Schäden, Folgeschäden, entgangenen Gewinn oder Daten
Die Haftungsbeschränkung gilt nicht für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit, die auf einer vorsätzlichen oder fahrlässigen Pflichtverletzung beruhen, sowie für sonstige Schäden, die auf einer vorsätzlichen oder grob fahrlässigen Pflichtverletzung beruhen.
Der Nutzer ist selbst für die regelmäßige Sicherung seiner Daten verantwortlich.
10. Nutzungspflichten
Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, die App nur für legale Zwecke und in Übereinstimmung mit diesen AGB zu nutzen. Es ist nicht gestattet, die App zu dekompilieren, zurückzuentwickeln oder in einer Weise zu nutzen, die den Betrieb der App oder die Dienste Dritter beeinträchtigt.
11. Geistiges Eigentum
Der Quellcode, das UI-Design und Layout, die Texte, Lokalisierungen sowie die Datenstrukturen (z. B. Kategorie-Zuordnungen) der App und der Website sind urheberrechtlich geschützt und Eigentum des Betreibers. Eine Nutzung, Vervielfältigung oder Verbreitung ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung ist nicht gestattet.
12. Markenhinweise
Apple, das Apple-Logo, iPhone, iPad, Mac, iCloud, App Store und Family Sharing sind eingetragene Marken der Apple Inc., registriert in den USA und anderen Ländern. Open Food Facts ist ein Projekt der gemeinnützigen Organisation Open Food Facts. Die Verwendung dieser Namen erfolgt ausschließlich zu Identifikationszwecken.
13. Änderungen der AGB
Wir behalten uns vor, diese AGB jederzeit anzupassen. Wesentliche Änderungen werden über die App oder Website kommuniziert. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der App nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den geänderten AGB.
14. Anwendbares Recht & Salvatorische Klausel
Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zusätzlich gelten die Standard-EULA-Bedingungen von Apple (Apple Standard EULA).
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser AGB unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
2. Service Description
Kammerfuchs is an inventory management app for iOS. The App allows creating and managing storage locations, items and categories. The App can be used entirely offline (device only) or with optional iCloud synchronization.
The App uses the open database Open Food Facts to provide product information (product name, category, Nutri-Score, Eco-Score, allergens). This data is maintained by a community and provided by a third party.
3. Free Version
The free version includes:
- Up to 10 locations (including archived)
- Up to 100 items (including archived)
- 23 predefined categories
- Manual EAN/UPC code entry with automatic product data retrieval via Open Food Facts
- Nutri-Score, Eco-Score and allergen information via Open Food Facts
- Deposit tracking with single-use/reusable deposits and return management
- Expiry tracking with push notifications
- Offline mode (purely local use) or optional iCloud synchronization
- QR code generation and scanning for storage locations
- Dashboard with statistics
- Archive with restore function
4. Pro Version (One-Time Purchase)
Kammerfuchs Pro is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. It is not a subscription. The purchase unlocks the following additional features:
- Unlimited locations and items
- Barcode scanner via camera (automatic scanning of EAN/UPC barcodes)
- Custom categories with user-defined icons and colors
- Custom location types
- Family Sharing (Apple Family Sharing)
5. Payment & Cancellation
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Apple's payment and cancellation terms apply. For refund questions, please contact Apple Support directly. We as developers have no influence on payment transactions and do not receive any payment data.
6. Data Storage & Privacy
For details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy. In summary:
- All data is stored exclusively on your device.
- Optionally, you can enable iCloud synchronization – your data then stays in your private iCloud.
- We have no access to your data.
- When using the EAN lookup, the entered EAN code is transmitted to the Open Food Facts API (see Privacy Policy).
7. Third-Party Data (Open Food Facts)
The App retrieves product information from the open database Open Food Facts (openfoodfacts.org). This data is maintained by a worldwide community.
We assume no liability or warranty whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of this product data, including:
- Product names and categories
- Nutri-Score and Eco-Score ratings
- Allergen and ingredient information
- Deposit information
Important notice: Allergen information displayed in the App does not replace reading the original packaging. People with allergies or intolerances must always check the actual product packaging. The App serves only as a guide.
8. Availability
We strive for high availability of the App and Website. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. In particular:
- iCloud synchronization depends on the availability of Apple services.
- Open Food Facts product data depends on the availability of the Open Food Facts API.
- The App works in offline mode without an internet connection, but Open Food Facts queries are not available in this case.
9. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty.
We are not liable for:
- Data loss of any kind, regardless of cause (incorrect use, software errors, system failures, updates, force majeure)
- The completeness, accuracy or timeliness of data stored or displayed in the App
- Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the information provided
- Damages due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated product information from Open Food Facts, particularly incorrect allergen data
- Damages due to failure or malfunction of iCloud synchronization
- Damages caused by third-party services
- Indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or data
This limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health based on intentional or negligent breach of duty, nor to other damages based on intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
The user is solely responsible for regularly backing up their data.
10. User Obligations
The user agrees to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is not permitted to decompile, reverse-engineer or use the App in any way that impairs the operation of the App or third-party services.
11. Intellectual Property
The source code, UI design and layout, texts, localizations and data structures (e.g. category mappings) of the App and the Website are protected by copyright and are the property of the operator. Use, reproduction or distribution without express written permission is not permitted.
12. Trademark Notice
Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, Mac, iCloud, App Store and Family Sharing are registered trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Open Food Facts is a project of the non-profit organization Open Food Facts. The use of these names is solely for identification purposes.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or Website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Applicable Law & Severability
German law applies. Additionally, Apple's Standard EULA applies (Apple Standard EULA).
Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
